Onsite and Custom OpenFOAM Training
Onsite OpenFOAM® training and general CFD training
According to your needs, we can provide on-site OpenFOAM® training and general CFD training. For some customers, this is the preferred method of taking training. As the course is taken at corporate premises, out of the public eye, this is sometimes considered a more appropriate environment for questions relating to specific details that may be confidential.
Onsite training can be delivered at an introductory level or advanced level. The advanced training can be designed to address specific topics of customer's interest. Topics that can be covered include (but not limited to):
Coupling any black box solver with an optimization driver.
Optimization using Dakota.
Solid modeling and mesh generation.
Multiphase flows (separated and dispersed flows).
External and internal aerodynamics (incompressible and compressible).
Naval applications.
Turbulence modeling.
Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC).
CFD good standard practices.
For on-site training, the following restrictions apply,
Maximum class size should be no more than 15 people.
A second trainer is recommended for more than eight attendees.
The associated on-site training fees cover the instructor’s time, traveling, and teaching material.
On-site training can be scheduled at any time based on your needs and may be tailored according to your interests.
